Responsibilities
Support the GTM analytics roadmap, aligning insights with business objectives and revenue growth
Act as a trusted data partner to GTM leadership, delivering actionable, data‑driven insights and recommendations
Serve as the subject matter expert for the data dictionary and reporting repository
Design, build, test, and maintain BI reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau) covering pipeline, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics
Develop scalable data visualizations and self‑service analytics for functional leaders and sales teams
Automate reporting to improve efficiency and timeliness
Conduct deep‑dive analyses for strategic initiatives, forecasting, and scenario planning
Maintain and update BI tools and data systems, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance
Partner with business systems and data engineering teams to deliver scalable analytics infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
8+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
Deep knowledge of SaaS business models, including GTM motions, revenue operations, and core SaaS metrics
Advanced SQL proficiency with extensive experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from a large database
Expert-level experience with modern data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik Sense) to deliver interactive dashboards and executive-ready reporting
Strong background in data modeling and manipulation, statistical analysis, and ETL processes
Advance Excel skills
Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses and scripting languages such as Python or R
Exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
