Responsibilities
Support major business initiatives to modernize and transform our platform’s acquisition, experience, product, and core servicing functionality
Work on innovative projects that have a meaningful impact on our customers, agents, and employees
Participation in the on-call support rotation required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
The completion of a technical training program and 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Participation in the on-call support rotation required
Preferred
Experience in Duck Creek Author and Policy Administration platform, specifically in application development for policy admin and servicing
Experience with manuscript development, configuring coverages and rating, designing and implementing rules and workflows, API integrations, and Flagr
Strong understanding of the insurance industry, specifically Commercial Auto
Familiarity with Lean, Agile development, and GIT
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, within a team, and alongside business partners
