Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team, playing a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients within the target market using various exciting tools and platforms
Engage with leads through cold calling, emails, and social media to generate interest in Digital.ai's software solutions
Call and qualify leads within a specified timeframe and assess their potential as exciting sales opportunities
You will incorporate heavy dialing, around 100-125 calls per day to engage prospects
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team to further captivate potential clients
Collaborate with our innovative marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system
Continuously update your knowledge on Digital.ai’s amazing Devsecops products and industry trends to effectively communicate compelling value propositions to prospects

Qualification

B2B enterprise software salesDevsecops knowledgeSalesforce proficiencyLead generation toolsCommunicationProblem-solving skillsSelf-motivatedTeam collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred
Experience in B2B enterprise software sales development is ideal
Heavy dialing experience in a sales setting is very helpful
Track record working in Devsecops e.g. security, continuous testing, or other Software Development Life Cycle domain space is a plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify exciting potential sales opportunities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve ambitious sales targets
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Availability to work Monday-Friday in our Raleigh, NC office required

Preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools is a plus
