Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain ATF automated test scripts to validate ServiceNow applications, workflows, and configurations
Execute regression and upgrade testing to protect core ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB workflows
Partner with developers, product owners, and QA teammates to ensure stories meet Definition of Done
Qualification
Required
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, regression testing, and defect management
Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM (SAM& HAM), CMDB, AIOps on ServiceNow platform
Clear communicator and collaborative team player
The individual must be eligible for potential full‑time conversion in the future, including having long‑term work authorization without the need for sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with SecOps, ITOM, Discovery & Event Management
Familiarity with ServiceNow Test Management 2.0 & Agile Development
