Responsibilities
Verify completion of all required Georgia pest control training for technicians and ensure proper documentation is maintained
Maintain accurate , organized, and audit-ready training files in accordance with Georgia Department of Agriculture regulations
Track training deadlines, renewals, and expirations, and proactively identify gaps in compliance
Support the Direct Certified Operator with administrative tracking related to technician licensing and permitting requirements
Conduct routine audits of training and licensing records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Coordinate documentation and reporting needed for inspections, audits, or regulatory inquiries
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and compliance requirements simultaneously
Proficiency with basic computer systems and digital record management
