Responsibilities
Analyze, build, program, debug, and modify software improvements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs
Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications
Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance
Interact with users to define system requirements and/or vital modifications
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship
2+ years experience in software development engineering, preferably within a SaaS environment
1+ year of experience in Java
Experience with UML, Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service) technologies
Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus
Metadata-driven definitional development experience is a plus
Experience designing/developing business application
4 year degree in a computer related field or related experience
Demonstrated ability in Algorithmic Thinking
Basic experience with API Development
Understanding of Code Testing methodologies
Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles like inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction
Solid understanding of Software Development principles
Basic experience with Source Control Management (SCM) tools
Proven track record with Team Collaboration in a software development team
Basic skills in creating Technical Writing Documentation
