Responsibilities
Act as a technical gatekeeper by reviewing infrastructure requests; such as adding systems or allocating CPU, validating capacity through dashboards and system indicators, and interpreting threshold‑based metrics to determine whether changes are permitted
Support integration and onboarding by introducing incoming teams to enterprise requirements, walking them through technical standards like patching policies, Active Directory setup, Centrify/identity requirements, required system agents, and all documentation and configuration expectations to ensure each system is fully and accurately onboarded
Follow established processes and documentation, execute a clearly defined multi‑team workflow while maintaining exceptional accuracy and organization across all approvals
Analyze dashboard data to understand key metrics, recognize when to stop or proceed based on thresholds, and quickly identify any issues related to capacity or compliance
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of basic IT concepts (servers, VMs, containers, OS fundamentals)
Familiarity with Windows or Linux environments
Conceptual exposure to public cloud: GCP, AWS
Extremely detail‑oriented and organized
Able to learn structured, repeatable processes quickly
Comfortable following strict operational requirements
Strong communication skills when explaining technical steps to incoming teams
Preferred
1–3 years of IT operations, support, NOC/SOC, or infrastructure exposure
Internship + technical foundation
