Responsibilities
Assist with invoice submission and follow-up using Concur and internal systems
Support data entry, tracking and data clean up in Smartsheet, Excel and other tools for reporting
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, meetings and booking meeting rooms
Manage inventory by counting, sorting and logging received materials, maintain organized storage records
Prepare shipping labels and coordinate shipping and receiving as required
Additional Administrative responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
1+ year of experience required
Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and discretion when handling internal information
High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred
Experience with data tracking, cleanup, or spreadsheet management
Experience with invoice management and familiarity with using Concur
Ability to be flexible while learning new systems and workflows quickly
Strong organizational habits and a proactive approach to keeping information accurate and up to date
Comfort handling repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
