Information Technology Desktop Support
PTSOL ® - Progressive Technology Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Desktop Support professional. The role involves providing Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software, as well as managing asset inventory and performing employee moves with equipment.
Responsibilities
Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control – Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment
Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management
Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
Effective organizational, planning, and time management
Qualification
Required
Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
