Summer 2026 Internship Program - Outcomes Sales

Responsibilities

Calling employers on the Fortune 1000 list to:
+ Confirm and/or identify key decision-makers and influencers
+ Verify titles, departments, phone numbers, and email addresses
Gathering and documenting information on:
+ Employer key contacts and prospect profiles
+ Third Party Administrator (TPA) affiliations
+ Carrier and managed care relationships
Entering, updating, and maintaining employer data and contact records in the Carisk CRM
Following calling scripts and call guides while maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor
Logging call outcomes and notes accurately and consistently
Flagging high-potential prospects and notable opportunities for follow-up by Sales leadership
Assisting with list management, call list prioritization, and basic reporting related to outreach efforts
Contributing to additional sales support projects throughout the summer

Required

Currently enrolled college students (business, sales, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)
Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in an in-office, team-based environment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy when entering information into a CRM
Ability to follow structured processes and scripts while adapting to live conversations
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and collaborative tools; prior CRM exposure is a plus
Hard-working, motivated, and driven individuals with an interest in sales and business development

Preferred

Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience (job, internship, or coursework) is a plus, but not required
