Responsibilities
Foster and maintain relationships within the creator community
Gather feedback from creators and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements
Help creators identify opportunities for growth
Share insights and reports with internal stakeholders on top experience roadmaps and pain points
Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible work schedule and time off to ensure emergency coverage
Communicate with product and engineering teams during creator emergencies
Take a proactive approach to safety escalations by developing playbooks that help scale these interactions
Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators
Qualification
Required
A strong motivation for teamwork and a natural ability to encourage collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated patience and a positive attitude
A self-directed mindset with the ability to define your own work and processes, taking a proactive approach
