Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive service delivery and program strategy for the HR application portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide business goals
Act as the primary thought leader and subject matter authority for Oracle HCM, defining the long-term platform roadmap and overseeing the adoption of new features and best practices
Oversee the total budget for HR technology, including software licensing, third-party vendor services, and internal resource allocation
Oversee the day-to-day operations and technical support for Oracle HCM and integrated applications, ensuring high system availability, performance, and data integrity
Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for HR technology support, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in service quality
Lead the prioritization and execution of high-impact HR initiatives, from global module rollouts to complex system integrations
Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of Technical and functional leads, fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior HR and business leaders, translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements
Drive collaboration with IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless data flow and security across the enterprise system architecture
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, with at least 7 years in a dedicated leadership or management role
Extensive, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM (Recruiting, Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and Scheduling) including deep technical and functional knowledge
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a globally distributed team of technical and functional professionals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business; Master's degree preferred
Exceptional ability to influence and build consensus among senior executive leaders and diverse stakeholder groups
Preferred
PMP/PgMP and Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
Deep understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
