Website Support Analyst
Radford University is seeking a Website Support Analyst to join their Web and Mobile Technology team. This role is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining the university’s website operations and content management systems, while also providing technical guidance and managing website analytics platforms.

Responsibilities
Implement, support, and maintain the university’s website operations, content management systems, portal, web applications, and mobile apps
Provide technical guidance to CMS editors in Marketing and Communications and to departmental editors across campus
Ensure proper configuration and stable operation of web and mobile systems
Support and manage website analytics platforms by monitoring and generating reports on site performance, page load speeds, and mobile usability
Recommend data-driven adjustments to improve accessibility, visibility, and organic search performance
Qualification
Required
A combination of training, education, and/or experience in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) for Website editing and publishing
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development principles
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience working with the Modern Campus Content Management System in a university environment
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and the latest industry trends
Experience working with the OneCampus portal – creating and maintaining tiles, configuration and settings
Knowledge and/or experience programming in PHP or Javascript
