Responsibilities

Perform detailed structural analysis to determine structural integrity using classical techniques and company tools
Provide guidance on structural design and configuration development
Create trade studies to optimize the structure and meet program requirements
Work with the team to integrate component-level structural models and perform integrated analysis using finite element methods
Document structural analyses and data required to show compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements
Participate in the resolution of technical, operational, and quality issues

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Bachelor of science from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, or another technical degree
5 years of experience with Stress Analysis/Structural Analysis
3 years of experience with classical hand analysis and FEA software
Experience with company tools, processes, and procedures
Experience with Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis
Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally

Preferred

5 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education
2 years leading and mentoring structural analyst team members while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders
2 years engaged in primary structural analysis
