Responsibilities

Architect and drive the development of new features/enhancements for a suite of services that business teams use to manage contact options for customers contacting Apple for support (i.e. AppleCare, Retail, Helpline, etc.)

Lead the development efforts for a tool that is business critical

Solve design-level problems

Guide the development teams and participate in making engineering decisions

Prioritize development tasks for the team and bring things to cohesion to drive stories to completion

Keep the development team accountable for tasks they've committed to and raise risks to management when necessary

Qualification

JavaRESTful web servicesMongoDBEnterprise software systemsLeadership

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, information technology, or any related IT or Engineering field of study

At least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s)

Developing large-scale enterprise software systems (5 years)

Server-side development experience with Java

Developing robust RESTful web services

MongoDB for backend data storage
