Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal Procore users, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and strategic guidance
Manage and maintain user access, roles, and permissions across assigned platforms
Support the design and facilitation of internal Procore training courses for operations teams across the business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements to work within the company's technology applications
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve support efficiency
Help with security audits for specific applications
Work closely with the Data and Applications team to ensure software integrations work consistently and effectively
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in the construction industry
2+ years of experience working with Procore or a similar cloud-based construction management platform
Proven experience with construction industry workflows, best practices and software
Communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information of a highly technical nature to non-technical users
Comprehensive understanding of technical environments
Organization and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
