Responsibilities
You’ll be the person they lean on when something feels slow, clunky, or outdated and you’ll quietly turn it into something faster, cleaner, and easier to use
You’ll partner closely with other developers, UX, business analysts, and system stakeholders to rethink processes, streamline data models, and make the platform work smarter, not harder
You’ll also help guide upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption, which means planning carefully, communicating clearly, and keeping the business moving while the tech improves behind the scenes
This role focuses on research, design, development, and ongoing optimization
You’ll be modifying existing components, improving system efficiency, supporting upgrades, and making sure the platform evolves alongside the agency’s needs
Qualification
Required
Experience working as a Facilities Manager
Strong hands on experience supporting or contracting on IBM TRIRIGA or Maximo for at least one full engagement
Experience with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10
Ability to design and optimize dimensions, rules, processes, and workflows within TRIRIGA
Experience writing and supporting reports using BIRT
Preferred
Workplace Reservation Manager experience
Real Estate Manager experience
