Responsibilities
Responsible professional work performing specialized duties involving the planning and implementation of community health programs and activities
Lead community health program planning and implementation activities to include collecting requirements and defining scope, developing project plans and timelines, and determining resource requirements for Department initiatives
Work collaboratively across sectors to address community health issues through policy and system level initiatives
Engage the community to reach consensus around public health issues
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in public health, social work, a social science or a closely related field
One (1) year of professional experience developing and implementing community health or wellness programs
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively engage the public along all demographics
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
