Responsibilities
Perform data entry of hospital-submitted information into designated databases with high accuracy
Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming documentation, identifying and flagging inconsistencies or missing data
Create and manipulate spreadsheets in Excel, including pivot tables, for data tracking and preliminary analysis
Develop and manage PDF documents related to the survey and hospital communications
Utilize Access databases and other software tools (PowerPoint, Teams) for data management and project communication
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel (including pivot tables), Access databases, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy; experience in Quality Assurance is a plus
Experience in document management and tracking, including creating and managing PDF documents
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team environment
Preferred
Prior experience with surveys or healthcare data is highly desirable
