The Anti-Defamation League is seeking a dynamic intern to join their Incident Response Team for a summer internship. This internship provides students with practical experience in incident response and data management while learning about the use of AI in these processes.

Responsibilities

Review and triage of incoming incident reports, ensuring appropriate documentation, categorization, and response assignment
Reading and responding to incident reports
Maintenance and updates on knowledge management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, AI tools), ensuring accurate, up-to-date records
Assistance in quality assurance efforts, reviewing digital reporting channels and data integrity
Attend and participate in the ADL Summer Internship Learning Program sessions, where you will get to have discussions with accomplished leaders and subject matter experts at ADL
