Responsibilities
Support the design creation of signs, posters, pamphlets, stationary, nameplates, certificate, banners, or other products, based on customer requests
Work closely with DLA Document Services on customer requests as needed
Meet with customers to discuss projects, provide solutions based on sound graphic/visual techniques and customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
Track all document requests in system
Work on small team and independently
Provide excellent customer service
Accept other jobs/duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
U.S. Citizen
Ability to pass a thorough background check screening (credit and criminal history) to determine fitness for a federal security clearance
Proficient in the English language (written and verbal)
Must be proficient in the use of the Adobe and Microsoft products
Demonstrated customer service and team interaction skills are required
Exceptional listening skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Ability to gather information to determine needs; apply problem solving skills and resolve the inquiry/request effectively
Preferred
Some college education in a Graphic Arts field of study
Five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field with an emphasis on customer service
