Responsibilities

Support financial oversight of assigned projects across all phases
Analyze project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs
Maintain project financial data in ERP and reporting systems
Monitor labor hours, purchasing costs, subcontractor expenses, and revenue tracking
Assist in identifying cost deviations and support corrective actions
Prepare recurring financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Assist in working capital analysis and cash flow tracking
Support month-end close and forecasting processes
Conduct variance analysis and support post-project financial reviews
Ensure accurate project documentation and administrative compliance
Support process improvement initiatives within project finance
Assist with special projects including R&D tracking, capital projects, and financial modeling

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
2โ€“5 years of experience in financial analysis, project accounting, or manufacturing finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
Understanding of cost tracking and revenue recognition in a project-based environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Proficiency in English
Valid driver's license required

Preferred

Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Navision preferred)
CPA or CMA pursuit is a plus
