Responsibilities

Analyze clinical outcomes data to identify trends, variation, and performance gaps
Translate insights into actionable improvement strategies in partnership with clinical leadership
Abstract, audit, and validate complex datasets to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leaders, and operational teams to implement evidence-based improvements
Drive structured improvement work using A3, Lean, and QAPI methodologies
Monitor and report regulatory and quality metrics
Serve as a clinical liaison between frontline teams and analytics partners

Required

Graduate from a school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2 years relevant experience
Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire

Preferred

2 years experience working transplant, organ donation, critical care, data/quality, or health informatics
