Responsibilities
Monitor and complete CAPA items, access reviews, and account secret rotations
Maintain and update validation documentation for compliance
Support cloud applications and enterprise systems operations
Manage and track change requests for system updates and improvements
Generate and analyze usage and change metrics
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance, security, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in IT support, cloud systems, or service management
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge of CAPA, access control, change management, validation documentation, and audits
Experience supporting cloud applications (AWS or similar)
Proficient in Jira, ServiceNow, and metric reporting
Preferred
Experience with ITIL processes or IT service management frameworks
Familiarity with regulated or enterprise IT environments
Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or ITIL Foundation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
