Responsibilities
Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap
Establish architecture standards, governance models, and design frameworks
Drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple domains
Align business strategy with scalable technical solutions
Provide architectural oversight for large-scale modernization efforts
Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
Develop and evolve enterprise and solution architecture strategies
Translate business objectives into scalable technical blueprints
Establish architecture review boards, governance processes, and standards
Lead solution design across cloud, infrastructure, application, and integration layers
Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure-by-design architecture
Provide executive-level communication and technical storytelling
Guide vendor strategy, platform selection, and integration roadmaps
Support large transformation initiatives and modernization programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise or solution architecture
Experience operating in complex, regulated environments (healthcare preferred)
Demonstrated leadership in architecture roadmap development and governance frameworks
Strong background in digital transformation and cloud platforms
Experience designing cross-domain integrations (clinical, research, education, or administrative systems)
Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
Broad knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and vendor management
Preferred
TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
Experience within healthcare or academic medical environments
