Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies—including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives—to ensure productive and timely execution
Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments to maintain steady team progress and minimize delivery risks
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, fostering continuous improvement and helping the team deliver high‑quality software at a sustainable pace
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clear user stories and alignment with business goals
Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, burn‑down charts) and maintain Jira/ADO dashboards to provide accurate visibility into team performance
Support cross‑team coordination and participate in scaled Agile activities such as PI Planning when needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
8–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams
Strong ability to lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles
Proven experience working with Jira/ADO and collaborating with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs
