Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming

Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required

Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience programming applications in Salesforce
Experience with Agile methodologies
8 years of experience in Salesforce in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components
Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, workflow Rules
8 years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management
Experience in assessing Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform
8 years of experience in all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: classic to lightning upgrades, data migrations, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development
8 years of experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications
Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
8 years of experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs
Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce
Must be able to pass a background check
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Possesses effective presentation skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred
4 years' experience in DevOps technology including CI/CD pipeline and build and deployment tools such as Flosum, Git
2 years of experience in creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce
2 years of Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
