Responsibilities
Develop and refine the commerce strategy. Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company goals
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Drive product prioritization, feature definition, and user experience enhancements. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the commerce landscape. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers. Communicate product vision, progress, and impact effectively across the organization
Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize performance. Monitor key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to drive user engagement and conversion
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on innovation and excellence
Qualification
Required
4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on commerce, payments, or creator monetization
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling user-facing products that drive engagement and revenue
Deep understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce trends, and user behavior
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams
