Responsibilities
Provide IT technical support to employees and customers
Utilize a ticketing system for support
Keep up-to-date documentation of hardware and software assets
Specify, order, and configure IT equipment such as PC’s, servers, switches, and routers
Develop and deploy standardized computer images and software packages
Maintain Active Directory objects and Global Policy Objects (GPO)
Support Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
Identify, propose, and implement efficiency gaining projects/initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or higher in IT or IT-related field
Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications
Proven troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Must possess fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networks
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
Experience managing Windows Active Directory infrastructure
In-depth understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
A positive and proactive approach to addressing challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
