Responsibilities
Support architecture, integration, and optimization of enterprise-level network and system environments, including routing, switching, firewalls, and system interfaces
Evaluate, test, and implement hardware and software solutions while contributing to system-level design, quality assurance reviews, and performance improvements
Develop and maintain system-wide testing strategies, troubleshooting processes, and documentation for network operations
Analyze operational requirements, create custom software or utility enhancements when needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated IT solutions
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands‑on technical experience in networking or systems engineering
Strong background in firewall technologies
Proficiency in routing protocols, switching, VLANs, trunking, and OSI model principles
Experience with IPv6 and related network protocols
Must be eligible to obtain/maintain Secret-level security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
