The Judge Group is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead training and development across their US manufacturing sites. This role focuses on technical onboarding, SOP training, soft skills, and leadership development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance, engagement, and growth readiness.

Responsibilities

Design and implement standardized training and qualification processes for digital transformation (MES, SAP, ASRS)
Partner with Operations Engineering, HR, and IT to define competency levels and skill/behavior requirements
Create guidelines linking training outcomes to Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and Guidance Instructions (GI)
Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to align content with transformation goals
Measure training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance data
Ensure training content is relevant and delivered effectively
Maintain centralized repository of training materials with version control
Pilot sessions and refine based on feedback
Liaise between global digital transformation teams and local departments
Promote continuous learning culture
Manage multiple training projects and ensure quality delivery
Build strong stakeholder relationships
Support rollout of global leadership programs
Deliver soft skills training (communication, feedback, teamwork, problem-solving)
Tailor training for frontline leaders and high-potential talent
Align development programs with HR strategy
Track training participation and impact

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's a plus)
7+ years' experience in training and development, preferably in manufacturing or MedTech
Strong background in technical/digital training design and delivery
Excellent communication and ability to simplify technical content
Skilled in LMS and e-learning tools
Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO standards
Manufacturing Experience (Medical Device/Pharma HEAVILY Preferred)
Training Design and Implementation (Must have designed and executed their own trainings)
Strong personality that would be received well on the shop floor and by Sr. Leadership
