Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate Flows
Develop and administer SharePoint Online (M365) environments at an enterprise scale
Create and manage SharePoint sites, permissions, lists, libraries, and workflow configurations
Implement custom workflows, automation, and data integration solutions
Support intranet development and modern SharePoint design standards
Utilize HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools for customized solutions
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Provide enterprise user support and ensure content governance best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform applications
5+ years developing automation solutions using Power Automate Flow
5+ years of senior-level SharePoint development and administration
Strong understanding of enterprise SharePoint Online (M365) management
Experience supporting enterprise-wide users and governance models
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform
