Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for virtual and physical desktop platforms
Ensure the product roadmap reflects end user needs, market trends, and technological advancements
Lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements
Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, promoting continuous improvement
Advocate for the end-user by incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the product development process
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and engaging user interfaces
Monitor and analyze user metrics to drive data-informed product decisions
Develop and execute a strong customer engagement model
Promote and implement cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability, flexibility, and performance
Work closely with cloud service providers to optimize the integration and deployment of cloud technologies
Deliver efficiency through effective cloud consumption
Ensure security is integral to the product design and development process
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities through innovative product development and deployment
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations to protect user data and privacy
Drive cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising product quality or user experience
Analyze and manage product costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency gains
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure budget adherence and cost-effective solutions
Qualification
Required
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Strong background in product management
Experience with cloud technologies
Experience with agile methodologies
Experience in developing and executing product strategy for virtual and physical desktop platforms
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies
Experience in prioritizing and managing product backlog
Ability to advocate for end-user experience
Experience in collaborating with UX/UI designers
Ability to monitor and analyze user metrics
Experience in promoting and implementing cloud-based solutions
Ability to ensure security is integral to product design
Experience in collaborating with cybersecurity teams
Ability to drive cost-efficiency initiatives
Experience in analyzing and managing product costs
