The intern will work with the lead Product Manager to develop the roadmap and launch ad identity products that enhance advertiser performance and provide valuable user insights.

Responsibilities
Work with the lead Product Manager to develop the roadmap, build and launch ad identity products that help advertisers better performance and see their true business value generated by TikTok
Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad attribution products
Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products
Qualification
Required
Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
Academic background in computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026
Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails
Preferred
Major in Computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred
Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred
