Responsibilities

Support Marketing Operations process initiatives for Viatris’ print production/fulfillment operations and assist with vendor account management
Pre-launch readiness support in maintaining timelines, checklists and project trackers for product launches
Assist in planning and execution of regional convention and speaker program operations for North America
Prepare, analyze and deliver reports to commercial business partners on the status of Viatris promotional materials
Coordinate and track industry benchmarking program for marketing stakeholders
Support Marketing Operations initiatives with special projects and enhancement programs as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Marketing or Business Administration degree program (or a related field of study)
Completed a minimum of their sophomore year
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English
