Responsibilities
Lead earthworks design/oversight (mass grading, erosion control, deep excavation plans)
Design/manage cooling water intake/discharge, stormwater management, utility corridors
Ensure compliance with NQA-1 standards and NRC construction permit requirements
Coordinate with geotechnical teams (soil stabilization, rock anchors, dewatering systems)
Technical lead for civil subcontractors (quality + safety)
Support proposals/early works (SOW, estimates, schedules, risk)
Interface with partners/customers/regulators; ensure deliverable quality
Drive continuous improvement and nuclear safety/compliance
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering (or related)
10+ years heavy civil construction or site development
5+ years nuclear industry OR equivalent large-scale power generation new builds
May require access to U.S. export-controlled information (authorization if required)
