Responsibilities

Work directly with the product management team to gather product requirements and develop feature specifications; involvement in all aspects of the product life cycle
Assist in researching and producing business and technical requirement documents
Assist with the management of project schedules and monthly deliverables
Develop materials and dashboards
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Assist the management team with other ad-hoc initiatives

Required

Ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders across the Alpha Organization and more broadly at State Street
Assist with crucial client metrics and tracking
Assist in developing end to end Alpha product solutions specifically the Alpha Inkind Transfer Portal products
Participate in the full software development lifecycle
Contribute as a member of a feature-focused product development team
Possess a positive, team attitude
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Organized and proactive
Work directly with the product management team to gather product requirements and develop feature specifications

Preferred
