Design and implement the operational frameworks required to transition the company through significant growth phases and support a rapidly expanding global team
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and Web3-specific treasury management, balancing fiat and digital asset stability
Navigate the complex global regulatory landscape of decentralized infrastructure, managing external counsel to ensure long-term institutional stability
Build a world-class HR function that attracts top-tier Web3 talent while maintaining a high-performance, remote-first culture
Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational roadmaps, ensuring key milestones are met across all non-engineering departments
Qualification
Required
7+ years of senior leadership experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar) in a high-growth technology environment
Proven success in managing diverse functions across Finance, Legal, and HR
Experience with international entity structuring and global remote hiring
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead a distributed, global team
Preferred
Direct experience in the Web3/Crypto industry is highly preferred
