The role involves supporting the Finance department with processes, communications, and documentation while maintaining a collaborative environment.

Assist with account reconciliations
Assist with Interco system tracking/confirmation
Engineering hour tracking/logging and posting to BaaN
Financial reporting results to Engineering team
Maintaining Fixed Asset reviews/photos/audits
General office administration & organization tasks
Assist with financial data base
Help with researching posting issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Currently Attending a College or University
Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong initiative; sense of ownership and responsibility
Superior time management and organizational skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and employee relations ability
Solid problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently or in a group with supervision
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with objectivity and discretion, high personal standard of integrity
