Volunteer: Program Design Strategy for Veteran Agriculture and Wellness Initiative
Operation Meraki is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering veterans as they transition into civilian life. They are seeking an experienced program designer to help create a step-by-step plan for building, executing, and evaluating a new initiative that combines urban agriculture with integrative health coaching for veterans.

Developing a clear logic model that connects our activities to measurable outcomes
Mapping the veteran participant journey from intake to program graduation
Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and support future grant applications
Creating a basic resource map outlining the staffing, equipment, and time required to run the program effectively

Background in program design
Experience in creating step-by-step plans for building, executing, and evaluating programs
