Responsibilities

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with intercompany transactions and foreign currency reconciliation
Load and reconcile data in SAP S4 and FDMEE/Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Conduct accounting research and draft technical position papers
Provide audit support and respond to ad-hoc data requests
Assist in the preparation of financial statement analytics and management reports
Act as primary contact for assigned sectors, ensuring effective communication
Participate in special projects and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Required

Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from University of Texas at Dallas AND/OR University of Minnesota majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related curriculum and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2026
Understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards
Be able to work full-time 40 hours per week during summer 2026

Preferred

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
