The IT Intern will support the Information Technology organization by assisting with operational activities, system support, testing, security, and project-based work, providing hands-on experience across core IT functions.

Responsibilities
Assist IT team members with assigned tasks, analysis, documentation, and operational support
Participate in IT projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
Support testing activities such as test case execution, defect tracking, and results documentation
Assist with basic security-related tasks such as access reviews, documentation, compliance support, and control validation
Provide first-line support assistance to IT teams and end users as directed
Follow established IT processes, standards, and security policies
Document procedures, findings, and recommendations clearly and accurately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project timelines
Perform additional duties as assigned by IT leadership or project teams
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in information technology and technology-enabled business processes
Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, or security principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Preferred
Coursework or experience related to software testing, quality assurance, or cybersecurity
Familiarity with ticketing systems, testing tools, or basic scripting
Interest in enterprise systems, business applications, or IT security
