Responsibilities
Support product release management activities, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and readiness across cross-functional teams
Assist with product delivery execution by coordinating timelines, program plans, and communication across Product, Engineering, and Operations
Contribute to early adopter and pilot programs, including intake tracking, feedback synthesis, and reporting insights to stakeholders
Partner with the Chief of Staff on product operations initiatives such as process improvement, cadence management, and operational reporting
Prepare materials for product reviews, leadership updates, and roadmap discussions
Maintain product documentation, trackers, and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Interest in product development, program management, and technology organizations
Preferred
Previous internship or project experience in program management, product management, or operations
Familiarity with agile or product development lifecycles
Experience preparing materials for leadership audiences
Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
