They are seeking a Community Impact Intern to support the growth of their creator communities and career-based initiatives, engaging in content editing, community engagement, and strategy development.

Support the growth of The Butterfly Collective
Support Generation Hired
Brainstorm ways to grow and engage these communities
Editing content
Developing strategies for recruiting new members
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Analyzing performance
Developing community resources
Be involved with client campaigns
Qualification
Required
Current college undergraduate
Strong communication, organization and strategic thinking skills
Hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient and creative work ethic
Passionate about Her Campus Media's mission
Experience in social media content creation and comfortable behind the camera
Interest in community growth, social media content creation, marketing, editing, and project management
Preferred
Her Campus Community Member preferred, but not required
