LCG Studios is an early-stage, structured creative studio focused on long-term, narrative-driven gaming and media development. They are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to help stabilize, refine, and complete their internal operations platform, LCG Command.

Responsibilities

Stabilizing and refining an existing Next.js (App Router) + Supabase application
Improving authentication flows and user creation workflows
Enhancing role-based access and permissions across the platform
Debugging TypeScript and API route issues
Improving usability of internal dashboards and admin tools
Supporting deployment and environment consistency (Vercel)
Helping shape the long-term architecture of the platform

Required

Experience with Next.js (App Router)
Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or similar backend-as-a-service
Strong understanding of: Authentication systems
Strong understanding of: Role-based access control (RBAC)
Strong understanding of: API routes and backend logic
Comfortable debugging and working within an existing codebase
Experience with TypeScript
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Ability to commit to ~10 hours per week (flexible with communication)

Preferred

Experience building internal tools or admin dashboards
Experience deploying with Vercel
Familiarity with early-stage or startup environments
Ability to think beyond code and contribute to system design decisions
