Government Contracts Administrator
ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Government Contracts Administrator with experience in supporting DoD & IC customers. The role involves ensuring contract compliance, leading negotiations, and evaluating new business opportunities to maximize financial results while minimizing risks.

Responsibilities
Day-to-day activities will include proposal preparation, pre‐contract risk analysis, negotiation, troubleshooting and resolving contractual issues, and administration of U.S. government contracts
Practice proactive contracts management, respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations/revisions, and initiate the documentation to authorize work according to contractual specifications
Review complex domestic proposals for compliance with requirements of Request for Proposal, with particular focus on identification and mitigation/elimination of "proposal risk" and "execution risk"
Draft modified/ revised language for terms and conditions in response to an RFP
Communicate results, contractual risks and mitigation alternatives concisely, both verbally and in writing
Collaborate with and influence other business areas without direct authority
Apply knowledge of corporate policies and procedures and identify required improvement to established policies
Coordinate and manage the contracts volume as part of a major or complex proposal
Determine appropriate flow down provisions for subcontracts and material procurement
Mentor less experienced Contract professionals
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
3+ years of cradle to grave contracts experience in the Defense/IC industry
Experience in federal procurement regulations such as the FAR/DFARS and experience with the various U.S. DoD contract types is required
Experience with GSA scheduling
Experience with SharePoint and Unanet Systems is a must
Extensive experience negotiating multi-million-dollar defense contracts, as well as large Defense/IC contractors
Ability to contribute to the development strategy and lead strategic initiatives in support of functional and business objectives
Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated proactive contracts management experience
Must have experience managing and supporting Top Secret level contracts or higher
Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance in order to qualify
Preferred
Experience supporting DoD and IC
