Start in 2026 SummerQTS Data Centers is offering a summer internship program that provides hands-on experience in the data center industry. The Talent Acquisition Operations Intern will support the TA Operations team by collaborating with recruiters, organizing interview logistics, and assisting with various projects related to Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with recruiters across multiple markets
Organizing logistics for candidates' onsite interviews
Coordinating calendars for interviews
Assisting with small projects relevant to Talent Acquisition data, marketing material, and CRM platform design/function
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, STEM, Data Science, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred
Current full-time enrollment in one of QTS's partner institutions or a Blackstone Launchpad affiliate school
Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-pace environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders
Previous exposure to serving as a point of coordination between TA professionals or business units facilitating operational needs
Proven ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism
