Assist with setting up and configuring new employee workstations, including hardware and software installations
Provide support for system access, password resets
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and assist with hardware replacements or upgrades
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with employees and ensuring their technical needs are met
Participate in meetings and provide support for various projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled at a college or university
Attention to Detail
Knowledge of MS Office
Strong Organizational Skills
Positive Attitude
Preferred
Some knowledge of computer systems and software
