Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction for product areas and lead a high-performing design team
Research global markets to identify emerging trends and competitive inspiration
Develop and advocate for innovative design concepts through presentations to internal leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product concepts from development to market
Partner with production and technical design teams to create detailed tech packs and ensure quality standards are met
Foster strong relationships with merchandising, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to enhance the customer experience
