Start in 2027 SummerReadystate Asset Management is a multi-strategy investment firm seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team. The role involves generating hypotheses, performing analyses, and forming investment ideas across various asset classes while collaborating with the investment team.

Responsibilities
Fundamental due diligence on existing and potential investments, including financial modeling and quantitative assessments of investments
Quantitative research/data analysis using market and non-traditional data
Idea generation and screening for investment opportunities using fundamental or quantitative techniques
Execution of ad hoc projects in collaboration with other team members
Qualification
Required
A passion for investing and curiosity about financial markets
Aptitude to perform fundamental analysis and identify key drivers of value
Strong communications skills and the ability to organize and condense unstructured information into a coherent investment thesis
Strong analytical skills, the ability to think differently and take initiative
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Python, R, and/or other data analytic tools (higher technical requirements for quantitatively focused analysts)
Preferred
Finance and accounting background are helpful but not required
